KEY TASKS/ RESPONSIBILITIES 

 Grant management 

• Play a key role in supporting the management of local grants giving process and delivery, provide day to day support of grantees 

• To recruit youth participants to Laureus’s Sport For Good events / activities  

• To schedule, organise, coordinate and implement programme event activities with different stakeholders such as community partners, corporates, schools and other organisation with the supervision of Head of Development HK  

• Work closely with Laureus’ Senior Knowledge Manager and external evaluators/researchers, to collect feedback, monitor and evaluate programme outcomes and analyse data to assess programme effectiveness in accordance to Laureus systems and process requirements 

• Prepare reports, presentations based on evaluation findings  
  

Other Activities 

• Support of the Development team with existing partnerships and events (administrative / operational / data management / research) 

• Support Global team with social media content creation and day to day channel management 

• Play a key role in supporting the implementation of communications activities and event that elevate and amplify the voices of Laureus HK 

• Assist on project visits by the team, Ambassadors visits, public relations events as required
  

SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE 

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the charity or sport development sector in Hong Kong

• Experience and understanding of how sport can impact social change in communities

• Proven ability to manage and support the development of engaging content for social media with a strong focus on brand consistency and message accuracy

• Strong interpersonal skill with ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders

• Deep passion for sports and commitment to leveraging sports as a means for social improvement

• Experience in using CRM systems particularly Salesforce will be an advantage

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English

• Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered as Senior Officer
