IT Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities:

  • System Development: Analyse, design, develop, implement, and rigorously test real-time, low-latency ERP systems and related applications.

  • Requirement Analysis: Actively engage in user requirement collection and detailed analysis to translate business needs into technical specifications.

  • Technical Research: Research new technologies, programming methods, and third-party frameworks to enhance system performance and capabilities.

  • Documentation: Review and prepare comprehensive technical documentation for all projects and system modifications.

  • Coding & Deployment: Develop, test, and deploy solutions utilising various programming languages within the ERP ecosystem.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

  • Support & Troubleshooting: Offer consistent technical support and troubleshoot complex system-specific issues.

Requirements:

  • Education: Holder of a Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and SQL.

    • Prior knowledge in programming is highly desirable.

    • Experience in Android/iOS programming and SQL development is a distinct advantage.

  • Personal Attributes:

    • Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

    • Ability to work effectively both independently and take initiative.

    • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
