 Job Responsibilities :

• Request and compare quotations from approved suppliers;

• Ensure quotations comply with technical specifications and project requirements;

• Assist in material and cost analysis for projects；

• Prepare and process purchase orders and work orders;

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on delivery schedules, site access and inventory arrangements;

• Maintain accurate and well-organized records of all procurement documents and progress;

• Follow up on material invoices, delivery notes and payment processing.

Job Responsibilities：

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related disciplines;

• Knowledge of basic PC skills and Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel);

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and can-do attitude;

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Procurement Clerk.
