Responsibilities:

• Make recommendations on food and wine pairings to guests

• Serve all wine orders and provide excellent dining experience to guests in a professional manner

• Update the wine list and monitor the inventory of wine cellar

• Assist in organizing internal wine trainings

• Collaborate with other Sommeliers within the ZS group to enhance the wine program

• Assist floor team when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ wine services experience in fine dining restaurant or hotel industry

• Ability to manager stock control, develop and implement wine activities

• Certified Sommelier or holder of WSET Level 2 or above is preferred

• Passionate with strong wine knowledge

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Excellent interpersonal, self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sommelier/ Wine Captain

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Immediately available is preferred
