Just Play is a US based multinational organization. Our Hong Kong office is located in TST East. We are now looking for a high caliber individual to join us:
Sales Merchandiser
Responsibilities:
Follow up incoming sales orders, quotations and sales administrative documents;
Coordinate, input and administrate sales/purchase orders to centralized ERP system;
Input detailed sales quotes to centralized ERP system;
Samples follow up and packing;
Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
Completion of secondary education/DSE graduate or above;
Minimum 5 years’ working experience in merchandising; prior experience in toys, gift & premium is preferred;
Ability to independently handle major US/EU retailers’ account;
Computer literacy with ERP experience is preferred;
Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
Proactive, good interpersonal & communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders;
Highly organized and sensitive to numbers;
Fast learner with positive working attitude;
Immediately available a plus.
** Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Merchandiser.
