Community engagement: You will base yourself within the client's building(s) and be recognised as the “go-to” person for anything work related. The role is defined by working to the following key principals:


  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience to our client's colleagues.  Create a welcoming, first-class atmosphere for client's colleagues and their visitors. 

  • Support the App (MyDay App), by updating the latest information for a digitalized customer experience with content management and system uploading.

  • Take ownership of digitalized services that support client's colleagues within the workplace. Maintain the space at a high standard. Support WayFinding and Content Screen management for collaboration and common area across scattered business partners and functions.

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders & encourage interaction between colleagues. Drive and develop the community by organising engaging, popular events.

  • Understand the needs of the business or businesses you support

  • Create a culture of Community Well Being, supporting and guiding client's colleagues through the challenges & opportunities of the new workplace environment


Day to day operations:

  • Welcome visitors, greet users, and build a professional and friendly rapport with client's colleagues of the OpenWork space

  • Enhance the customer experience in the workplace with supporting the Future of Work (FOW) project for Business Units.

  • Support daily operations, taking care of everything from small-scale maintenance to opening or closing the space, ownership of booking systems and work together with the FM Team on overall facilities management

  • Create a collaborative environment amongst colleagues across the workplace promoting Future of Work behaviours and drive community engagement between colleagues

  • Be the “go-to” person for responsible matters; answer questions and deliver effective solutions

  • Get to know our client's colleagues, interests, understand the teams and what will make a difference in their day-to-day experience

  • Be a promoter of Workplace technology (client MyDay App), encourage client's colleagues to use online reporting of faults/requests and engage with CS via the workplace app

  • Oversee the behaviours and etiquettes in the workplace through ongoing monitoring, engagement, and communications with the various teams to ensure alignment to Future of Work principles


Content and events:

  • Supporting the Customer Experience Academy to foster a more personal and enhanced level of service at every touch point.

  • Support with Facilities Management Engagement Events – such as World FM Day, World Environment Day.

  • Lead Office Experience Survey – encourage proactive pre/post communication, preparation and presentation of results / Action Plans.

  • Develop and drive initiatives in line with the ethos of the Customer Experience strategy through Service, Experience and Community

  • Create and develop posters and communication materials for events as required

  • Create event collateral and promotion materials for events as required

  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests
