Senior Leasing Manager

We are a Hong Kong-listed property developer and now seeking for a high caliber candidate to join our joint venture company to manage leasing function.

 

Your key responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership: Formulate leasing and tenant mix strategies, transformation strategies into actionable plans; lead and conduct market research, competitor analysis and rental forecast

Business Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and leasing terms of lease agreements; drive revenue growth and prepare annual budget

Operation Excellence: Handle new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, tenancy administration and daily leasing enquiries; prepare presentation materials and regular reports

Relationship Management: Build and strengthen partnerships with key tenants, new clients and agents; liaise with other internal departments to ensure an excellent customer service standard

 

 Your profile:

  • Degree holder or above in Surveying/ Real Estate/ Business Management/ Marketing or related disciplines

  • At least 12 years of solid experience in shopping mall/ retail properties leasing and marketing  

  • Strong business acumen in commercial leasing markets in Hong Kong, self-motivated and good social interaction with potential tenants and real estate agents

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)


Candidate with more experience can be consider as Associate Leasing Director
