Shipping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor day-to-day operation of the designated team to ensure a smooth operational process, timely and accurate delivery of shipments;

• Handle full set of I/E shipping, especially for L/C and banking document, including issuing invoice, packing list and shipment related documents;

• Timely communication with internal teams on orders, inspection and shipment update;

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and other relevant parties to resolve shipment related issues (e.g., discrepancies, damaged goods, delays, etc.);

• Maintain an updated ERP system; ensure accurate and up-to-date shipment records;

• Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Completion of Higher Diploma or above in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant shipping experience; prior work experience in toys industry is preferred.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Good computer skills (MS Office, esp Excel Skills); Prior ERP experience an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail.  Strong ability to multi-task and to work under pressure.

• Highly independent, initiative and responsible.

• Positive working attitude and a team player.
