Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance and Testing

• Create and execute test plan, test scenarios, test cases, test scripts according to specifications, fulfil business requirements, and identify existing or potential issues.

• Manage the testing process and flow; review test results for completeness and validity, ensure all the user requirements are met;

• Collaborate with software / systems personnel in application testing cycle, such as SIT, UAT or Load Test.

• Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance test, provide support to key users during UAT.

• Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance / testing best practices.

• Supervise the junior QA, perform checking on QA’s work.

Requirement:

• College diploma or university degree in software engineering, information technology or computer science;

• 4+ years of work experience in software/application testing;

• 1+ year of experience in Government independent testing projects;

• Broad exposure to a wide range of technologies (e.g. MS CRM, SQL, Web based and Mobile Apps, etc.) and demonstrated experience in seeking out new and emerging technologies;

• Knowledge of software testing best practices and methodologies;

• With exposure in using testing tools for test automation and management;

• Fluent in English and Cantonese and good written and oral communication skill;

• Immediately available is highly preferred
