About This Role

As a trusted advisor to leaders, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle and help build an employer brand that attracts the best talent in beauty and aesthetics. This is a high-impact role where your work directly shapes the future of our industry-leading brand.

Responsibilities

• Full Recruitment Cycle: Drive the end-to-end resourcing processes from developing and posting job ads to making offers and getting appointees onboard

• Team Collaboration: Support team members in resourcing activities for various brands

• Strategic Advisory: Keep abreast of the labour market changes and recommend necessary actions to maintain competitiveness with candidates

• Employer Branding: Assist the team in building and upholding the employer brand of the company and support in other assignments or projects

• Business Partnering: Work closely with business leaders to identify recruitment needs, attract suitable talents and provide advice on key market conditions and recruitment trends

• Cross-Department Work: Collaborate with C&B and Shared Services on daily HR-related matters including policy procedure development and implementation, employee total rewards, performance management, and employee relations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources related field, or equivalent experience or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a talent acquisition specialist gained from a fast-paced environment

• Experience in in-house is beneficial; prior agency recruitment experience, particularly in high-volume or fast-paced sectors, is also advantageous

• Hands-on experience with a focus on proactive talent sourcing, assessment and selection will be needed

• Experience in Beauty, Retail and FMCG market segments is a strong advantage

• Business-driven mindset with the ability to build a positive rapport with the business

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, influence, and build relationships at all levels

• Strong sense of urgency, with proven ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and processes

• Collaborative, enjoys sharing ideas, and is a good team player
