What this job involves:

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for high-volume frontline roles, including:

• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment with a “can-do” attitude and positive mindset.

• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels

• Conduct market research to develop candidate intelligence reports and talent mapping.

• Build, maintain, and leverage a robust talent database to meet ongoing hiring demands.

• Participate in job fairs, career talk, campus recruitment and etc.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition; experience in mass or volume recruitment is highly desirable. Immediate availability preferred.

• Proven experience in data-driven recruitment; strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially report building) are essential. Experienced in using ATS.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities to deliver high-quality research and talent insights.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to engage diverse internal stakeholders and external candidates

• Support Early Career program and ad-hoc project as assigned by supervisor
