Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of human resources support to day-to-day operations starting from employee onboarding, with focus on compensation & benefits 

• Responsible for the full spectrum of C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, taxation & MPF management, staff cost analysis, and other C&B-related assignments 

• Administer the MPF scheme and corporate benefits in accordance with statutory and corporate regulations 

• Support payroll operations for Taiwan by working closely with external payroll vendor to ensure timely and accurate operation 

• Maintain accurate & up-to-date employee records in HRIS 

• Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and annual HR exercises 

• Assist the HR Manager to handle the onboarding, personnel movement and offboarding procedures 

• Support the global HR initiatives such as salary review, employee engagement survey and performance appraisal 

• Contribute to the review and improvement of HR policies, practices & procedures 

• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, offering timely and professional HR support 

• Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder or above in Human Resources or related disciplines 

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in payroll process or compensation & benefits function, with experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry is an advantage 

• Well versed in Employment Ordinance & related laws and regulations 

• Proficiency in MS Office applications 

• Proactive, independent and detail minded with good organization, time management, interpersonal & communication skills 

• A good team player who is flexible with can-do attitude & growth mindset 

• Good command of both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
