Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for LST Primary Healthcare Services;

• Oversees the operations of LST Primary Healthcare Services, including external liaison and collaboration;

• Monitor the quality of healthcare services and satisfaction of service users;

• Lead the multi-disciplinary professional service team to implement primary healthcare services and ensure the compliance with DHC operation guidelines, protocol with the Service Contract;

• Supervise the heads of different departments and team across clinical team, non-clinical team and supporting team;

• Plan and monitor service provision to ensure contractual obligations are met and key performance indicators are fulfilled;

• Plan and manage manpower and resource allocation to support center operations and primary healthcare services;

• Facilitate community collaboration with stakeholders and establish network among public and private healthcare services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Healthcare, Public Health or related disciplines;

• Minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience in public administration, medical, healthcare, community service operations or other relevant fields with at least 10 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity;

• Strong dedication to community primary healthcare services, with a demonstrated sense of commitment to public well-being;

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster cross-sector partnerships;

• Excellent leadership skills with a track record in strategic planning, service development, and organizational growth;

• Ability to inspire diverse teams and cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment;

• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

• Proficient in MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
