Summary/Highlights 

• Drive AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives across EC Healthcare’s healthcare, medical aesthetic, beauty, and retail businesses. This role partners closely with business, clinical, and IT stakeholders to analyze requirements, design digital solutions, and support end-to-end delivery using modern PMO and AI-assisted practices. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Act as Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst supporting EC Healthcare’s digital transformation and product roadmap 

• Work closely with business and operational stakeholders to analyze processes, identify gaps, and document business requirements 

• Conduct feasibility studies and gap analysis to support solution design and prioritization 

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to drive solution design and development, including requirement specifications, wireframes, and development discussions 

• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate requirement analysis, documentation, prototyping, testing, and reporting 

• Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case preparation, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off 

• Prepare training materials and user documentation, conduct user training, and support business rollout and adoption 

• Assist in project coordination, documentation, and PMO activities as required 

Requirements 

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, or digital solution delivery 
  (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst) 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related disciplines 

• Hands-on experience in using AI tools in daily BA / PMO work (e.g. AI-assisted documentation, prototyping, testing, analysis) 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ownership mindset 

• Able to communicate effectively with business users, clinical teams, and IT teams 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment 

• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage 

• Proficient in MS office, Generative AI tools and familiar with project management / collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence or equivalent)
