(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with the possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)

(Candidate with less experience can be considered for the post of Ticketing Assistant)

You will be responsible for:

• providing ticketing services at West Kowloon sales outlets across the district, including Freespace, Xiqu Centre, M+ and Hong Kong Palace Museum, and maintaining daily operation of ticketing hotline;

• handling ticket buyers’ enquiries, complaints and difficult cases in professional manner;

• providing support and training to Ticketing Assistants in all aspects of the use of the computerised ticketing system;

• working closely with internal parties and external hirers on handling all issues relating to ticket sales;

• supporting the ticketing system setup team by delivering event configuration in accordance with prescribed operational procedures; and

• performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.

You should:

• possess a higher diploma or above in any disciplines;

• have at least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in ticketing, customer service or front-of-house operation;

• be patient, customer-oriented, detail-minded and have a strong sense of responsibility;

• be required to work on shift according to the duty roster assigned including weekends and public holidays; and

• be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
