Our Management Trainee (MT) Programme offers a fast-track career path to groom fresh talents into future leaders in the shipping industry. 

As a Management Trainee, you will be participating in a 18-month comprehensive training curriculum programme. The programme will allow you to gain an in-depth insight into the shipping industry.

What we look for…

• Bachelor’s degree or above with a good GPA, preferably in Supply Chain and Logistics/Business Management/Finance/Data Science

• Fresh and recent graduates with less than 2 years of full-time working experience 

• Good numerical and analytical skills, with a genuine interest in shipping industry

• With strong business sense

• Self-confidence and independent

• With proactive and positive mindset

• Agile and strong learning agility 

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to form strong working relationships 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications   

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre. These will include a competency-based interview, presentation, written exercise and observed group exercise.
