YOUR MISSION:

The Tech Operation Analyst ensures stable and efficient IT operations across boutiques and offices, managing IT assets, service activities, retail technologies, and digital solutions with strong technical skills, communication, and attention to detail.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including POS, endpoints, and accessories, ensuring accurate records, compliance, and supporting procurement processes.

• Support daily IT service operations, coordinating incidents, service requests, and problem tickets, while monitoring SLAs and managing vendor interactions.

• Provide specialized support for retail technology and boutique systems, aiming to reduce L2 escalations and manage retail access control.

• Enforce IT standards and security compliance within the retail environment, actively identifying recurring issues and recommending improvements.

• Assist with IT project deployments, including the rollout, upgrade, testing, and stabilization of new digital and boutique experience technologies.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle, Windows/macOS, POS systems, and retail technology ecosystems, including proficiency with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and basic network troubleshooting.

• Project & Operational Support: Experience with system rollouts, UAT, change management, and a keen eye for detail in documentation and operations.

• Service & Customer Focus: Possesses a strong service mindset, is customer-focused, and adept at problem-solving and diagnostics.

• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent English communication skills for diverse audiences, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
