Data Insight Specialist (1-Year External Contract)

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The Client Insight / Data Specialist will embrace our global mantra of enabling relevant & meaningful luxury experiences with a mindful use of client data.

The role will be responsible for supporting the APAC regional team in client measurement projects:

  • Leveraging client analytics, performance KPIs, Group tools and client data framework to provide insights to the Group and Maisons on client segmentation, behavior.

  • Building strong value-added client reports and benchmarks covering all dimensions of the marketing funnels from awareness to loyalty.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in data management and analytics, as well as a good business acumen.

Key responsibilities

Client Analytics & Performance:

  • Leverage the Group’s BI tools, client framework and methodologies to build recurring reports on overall Client marketing performance for the Group and Maisons (eg Evolution of clientele turnover in the region, Evolution of customer profiles by Category and Maisons, Benchmark of clienteling activities, Benchmark of client satisfaction, etc)

  • Build ad hoc client analysis answering to concrete business needs of a specific Maison (eg. How to optimize acquisition funnel? How to drive loyalty and retain existing clients? etc)

  • Support the team on Client strategy projects to help the Maisons deliver the best-in-class client experience across the region

  • Craft insightful PPT reports based on client analysis performed

Data Quality:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of client data in constant alignment with Global Client Data Domain Lead.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience

  • Proven experience in data management, analytics, or marketing measurement.

  • Strong technical skills in data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization.

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation tools and BI tools (eg. PowerBI, Looker, etc)

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.

  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement methodologies and attribution models.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential
