Human Resources and Administration Officer

Job Summary

Are you looking for working in a pleasant working environment? You will work alongside a friendly, enthusiastic and diverse team and be part of an exciting, innovative Cloud business.  You will play a key role in providing all rounded support to the HR & Administration Department. To be successful in this role, the incumbent should have hands on HR experience and can work autonomously and proactively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum HR support including recruitment, employee life-cycle management, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, etc.

  • Participate in the talent acquisition process including but not limited to arranging job posting through various recruitment platforms, CV screening, selection & interview, employment contracts, on-boarding and off-boarding formalities

  • Assist in C&B administration, such as payroll data preparation, MPF, tax filing, medical and other staff benefits administration

  • Assess training needs, design, coordinate and deliver various training programs to meet staff development and business needs

  • Plan and organize staff events, including team-building activities, holiday parties, and company outings

  • Maintain up-to-date HR policies, employee handbook, organisation charts and HR reports

  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations

  • Handle general office administration including office supplies, vendor coordination, office maintenance, courier and insurance matters

  • Provide support or backup other HR and Office Administration functions

  • Assist HR Manager in ad hoc HR & Admin projects and any other duties as assigned

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience

  • Solid experience in talent acquisition, preferably from the IT sector

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Result oriented, self-motivated, details-minded and independent

  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
