Assistant Facilities Manager (Quarry Bay)

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day office and site facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, repairs, security, workplace safety, and hygiene standards.

  • Coordinate with vendors for facility services, manage service contracts, negotiate terms, track renewals, monitor performance, and ensure SLAs and compliance requirements are met.

  • Support budgeting activities, monitor expenditures against approved budgets, process invoices and POs, maintain procurement and expense records, and prepare cost‑related reports.

  • Assist with space planning, office moves, workplace optimization, equipment and supplies management, and ensure smooth execution of scheduled works, including after-hours activities.

  • Conduct regular inspections, maintain records of permits and safety drills, enforce building regulations and internal policies, report hazards, and support implementation of health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

  • Supervise administrative and cleaning staff, liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, manage access cards and lockers, collaborate with security teams, and handle ad‑hoc assignments as required.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree holders of Real Estate Management/ Facilities Management/ Property Management/ Business Administration, or related disciplines, or equivalent

  • 5 years or above of working experience, with at least 3 years of solid and relevant managerial experience in facilities management

  • Demonstrated leadership/ management skills to deal with personnel of senior level and diversified range of client-side representatives

  • Demonstrated skills in adopting various reporting capabilities via various tools and other tools.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Teams and basic office tools)

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
