Assistant Marketing Manager (Home Care)

Join our team as Assistant Marketing Manager for Home Care and play a vital role in driving innovative marketing campaigns that keep our household brands ahead in Hong Kong’s dynamic market.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct monthly marketing analysis with insights leading to action plan aligned with business objectives

  • Orchestrate brand and product marketing campaigns including above and below-the-line within SAR region

  • Lead marketing and new product development projects with various internal departments, external partners and suppliers with seamless follow-through in a timely manner

  • Ensure proper estimation and tracking of business performance and marketing budget to facilitate operational efficiency

  • Work closely with research, advertising and PR agencies based on project needs

  • Collect market/trade intelligence and product updates to ensure updated business focus


REQUIREMENTS

  • University graduate in Marketing/Business or related discipline

  • 8-10 years of experience in brand management with at least 5 years at managerial level in the FMCG sector

  • Strong project management with strategic & analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to coordinate and influence internal and external parties independently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Highly self-motivated, collaborative team player, with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
