Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement trade marketing plans - create strategic plans that align with the overall marketing objectives based on channel natures and characteristics to drive sales;

• Collaborate with sales teams - Work closely with sales team to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives. Areas covered include developing pricing strategies, analyzing sales data, and identifying new opportunities for growth;

• Analyze market trends - stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth;

• Manage budget - Responsible for managing trade promotion fund and listing fee and ensuring that marketing strategies are cost-effective and aligned with overall business objectives;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and other departments to maximize the synergy amongst ATL, BLT, promotion plan, and stock availabilities;

• Take lead in cross-departmental projects such as annual budget planning process, SKU Rationalization, process digitalization;

• Ad-Hoc task as requested.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's in marketing or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in key account sales/ trade marketing experience/ retail sales management.

• PC Knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must

• Good interpersonal and coordination skills

• Proficiency in written and spoken of Chinese and English
