Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of Outpatient Department and Dental Department.

• Greet patients, schedule appointments and prepare patients and treatment rooms.

• Handle phone calls and perform general reception duties as needed.

• Manage patient records, billing and insurance-related matters.

• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.

• Assist dentists during procedures, including taking and developing dental X‑rays.

• Manage and order dental supplies and consumables; clean and sterilize instruments.

• Comply with infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications & Preferred Attributes:

• HKDSE or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a dental clinic setting.

• Holder of a Certificate in Dental Surgery Assisting.

• Required to work on shift and roster basis (no overnight duty).
