About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Secretary/Project Coordinator to join our dynamic interior design team at Cube Spatial Design Limited. This full-time position is based in the Wan Chai District and will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to project managers and designers, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes

• Coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project workflow

• Maintaining accurate project records, documentation and file management

• Assisting with the preparation of project proposals, tenders, and presentations

• Monitoring project budgets and timelines, and reporting on progress to the management team

• Providing general office support, such as managing correspondence and handling inquiries

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar project coordination or administrative support role, preferably within the construction or interior design industry

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
