Area Sales Manager (FMCG, On-premises Outlets)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual sales plans and budgets for the responsible area to drive volume and profit

  • Lead and motivate the sales team in the assigned area to achieve business objectives and ensure effective coverage and visibility of Company brands/SKUs

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

  • Analyse market trends and insights to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies

  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings

  • Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing to align promotional initiatives

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within on-premises environments

  • Strong business acumen and excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and motivate a team

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
