Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute sales and distribution strategies to ensure achievement of major parameters in the monthly and annual sales plan

• Cultivate positive business relationship to foster mutual benefits, participate in various trade meetings to maximize the impact of our major programs

• Conduct annual exercise on budgeting, pricing, new product launch, trade promotion fund allocation

• Conduct research and analysis, obtain market and consumer insights; provide action plan and recommendation to drive the business growth

• Monitor account profitability and trade spend against budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder or above

• At least 4 years of relevant Key Account experience in FMCG industry

• Multichannel experience in Supermarkets, Convenience Stores and Drug Chain is a definite advantage

• Strong business acumen and familiar with FMCG industry

• Proactive, independent, strong communication and negotiation skill, creative, analytical and able to work fast-paced working environment 

• Attention in details and strong analytical skills

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Key Account Sales Executive
