The Vine is a multi-cultural, inter-denominational, and vibrant church community based in the Wan Chai district of Hong Kong. We are both a local and an international family, made up of people born and raised in Hong Kong, as well as those who have moved here from other countries.   

This is a full-time position which reports to the Creative Project Manager.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and produce engaging graphics, videos, and animations for social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook). 

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions. 

• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. 

• Optimize content for different platforms and formats (stories, reels, ads, posts). 

• Conceptualize and design physical spaces for brand activations, retail displays, exhibitions, and events. 

• Develop layouts, mood boards, and visual mockups for spatial projects. 

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels. 

• Write clear, compelling copy for bulk email communications, social media posts, event materials, and marketing campaigns. 

• Develop and execute content and creative components of The Vine annual report 

• Collaborate with Creative Pastor to ensure messaging aligns with brand strategy. 

• Monitor audience engagement and adjust communication strategies for growth and maximum impact. 

• Maintaining podcast recordings on the relevant streaming platforms. 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, and 3D software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar). 

• Experienced in photography, videography, production, and filmmaking will be a bonus.  

• Strong writing and editing skills with attention tone and clarity. 

• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for visual and written content. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
