To cope with our business growth, we are now looking for a high calibre individual wishing to become part of our Brand Marketing team. The incumbent will be responsible for 360 brand marketing strategy with key responsibilities and qualifications summarized as follows:
Position Summary
The successful candidate will own the end-to-end brand strategy and execution. You will be responsible for building a strong brand identity, driving customer acquisition and engagement, and leading a team to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Leadership: Head up the team to plan and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goal
Brand Building & Positioning: Create winning strategy in terms of building top-of-mind brand awareness riding on consumer insights; engage consumers and create excellent customer experience through different marketing channel
Integrated Campaign Management: Lead a team of search, social, influencer marketers to develop new customer acquisition strategy and activation campaign. Managing the whole marketing funnel to meet business results objectives
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster communication with operations team and front-line therapists on brand value, promotions, campaigns and offers to grow a community of active customers
Growth Innovation: Explore new opportunities to drive business growth including but not limited to strategic partnership and joint promotion
Skills & Qualifications
University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Brand Management, ideally within the FMCG, Beauty, Wellness, or Hospitality sectors.
A proven track record of developing winning brand strategies and delivering on key business KPIs (ROI, Market Share, Brand Health).
Highly agile, results-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is essential).
