Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist the Supply Chain Manager in developing and implementing inventory planning strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives

• Manage and drive various supply chain projects

• Analyze historical sales data and sales forecasts to determine optimal inventory levels and ensure product availability

• Monitor and track inventory levels and sales performance to identify potential risks and opportunities

• Co-ordinate with frontline supervisors to maintain good productivity and quality and identify areas for process improvements

• Conduct trouble shooting and provide recommendations to support decision-making

• Maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations

• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
   

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field

• 5 years or above proven experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented

• Proficiency in inventory management software and tools, such as ERP systems, demand planning software, and data analysis tools

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and quality

• Thorough understanding of inventory control principles and ability to drive process improvements
