About the Role

We are expanding our Supply Chain Management department and looking for a committed and detail‑oriented Logistics Specialist (Middle Shift) to support daily operations in our Order Fulfillment Team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure smooth logistics processes and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily supply chain transactions in ERP and CRM systems. 

• Collaborate closely with Operations, Traffic, Planners, Global Trade, CSR, and Finance teams.

• Communicate with warehouses, manufacturers, and 3PL partners. 

• Prepare KPI / performance measurement reports. 

• Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by supervisor / customers. 

Requirements

• Post‑secondary education or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.

• 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service (fresh graduates also considered).

  • More experienced candidates will be considered for the Senior post.

• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

• Strong interpersonal skills; well‑organized, proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure. 

• High level of self‑discipline and accountability.

• Proficient in MS Office; SAP/CRM experience is a plus. 

• Short‑notice or immediate availability is an advantage. 

Work Location: Tsuen Wan

Working Hours: 13:00–22:00 (5 days/week, shift schedule Mon–Sun)

**Training Period: 09:00–18:00 for 2–3 months
Work Mode: Work‑from‑home available after training
