Logistics Clerk (Tuen Mun / Fo Tan)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily operation in logistics warehouse using WMS & customer's system

  • Maintain SOP & KPI service level to uphold customer satisfaction

  • Prepare daily reports with operation data for analysis on further business development

  • Handle I/E shipping documents and drive optimum solution to customer if required


Requirement: 

  • Form 5/ HKDSE or above

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics/warehousing

  • Familiar with MS Word & Excel

  • Good Chinese & fair English & Putonghua

  • Experience in warehouse operation and operation development is preferrable

  • Good customer service skills
