Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including phone contact with end customers for delivery arrangement

- Maintain good communication between internal and external parties to ensure timely delivery

- Assist in inventory management by communicating with warehouse team

- Prepare transportation and monthly report and issue billing for different accounts

- Provide support on customer’s general enquiry & exceptional case handling

- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

- Form 5 / DSE or above

- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

- Good coordination and communication skill

- Independent and hardworking

- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

- Proficient PC skills and MS Office

- Immediate available is highly preferred

 

What We Offer:

- Monday to Friday 0900-1800, and half day alternate Saturday-off

- Overtime allowance
