Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact point to handle ER issues, employee communication & engagement, retention, including but not limited to C&B, benefit claims, attendance and leave management

• Prepare letters related to staff movement, promotion and probation
  Handle the off-boarding process, including exit interview, staff turnover rate analyze

• Monitor and analyze data for recruitment, promotion and demotion use in terms of KPI monitoring and performance management

• Assist with the development of operational and People functions to ensure systems, practices and policies are efficient and effective

• Attend and assist the administrative tasks at relevant meetings or engagements and develop positive relationships with operations

• Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments

Skills and Qualifications

• Tertiary Education or equivalent in Human Resources or related

• 1-3 years or above solid HR generalist experience in retail industry or beauty industry is preferred

• Experience in an extremely fast-paced environment is an advantage

• Proactive, fast-paced, flexible and with sense of responsibility

• Good understanding of retail operational environment and standards

• Understanding of labour related legal issues in various jurisdictions

• Proficient in usage of office suite e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word

• Immediately available is preferable
