Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily facilities maintenance for all assigned facilities, mainly E&M, minor of builder's work

• Create work plans for both preventive and corrective maintenance

• Monitor and commit completion rate on CAFM/ FM order system to KPI requirements

• Supervise and mobilize the team in providing quality services to occupants

• Verify and maintain all related documents in a complete and accurate manner

• Ensure all programs and procedures are being complied with high-quality standard

• Materials and parts inventory management, place purchasing order for materials and parts in advance of the work schedule

• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects including request for quotation/ tender as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services Engineering or relevant disciplines

• 5 years' maintenance experience in Building Services/ Facilities Management industry

• Good team player with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Cantonese speaking is essential.
