Job Responsibilities

• Manage projects (Certifications, Testing, Buyer Programs) for electrical products.

• Handle customer inquiries.

• Maintain good relationship with customers.

• Collaborate effectively with various business departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

• Maintain documentation in the database.

• Maintain billing orders in system relevant to projects.

• Provide assistance to teammates / team leader / department head when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or higher.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Self-motivated, self-discipline and diligent to work under pressure and fast paced environment.

• Experience working in testing laboratories or certification bodies is a plus.

• High level of responsibility and attention to detail.

• Active learning ability.

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
