Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are assisting our client, Braveiy Holdings Limited (柏维力), in the recruitment of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Founded in 2006, Braveiy has grown into a leading provider of high-quality, full-spectrum product solutions in the health and nutrition industry. With two advanced R&D centers and a 24,500m² smart, transparent factory, Braveiy integrates industrial and service innovation to deliver diverse dosage forms including tablets, powders, soft gels, gummies, capsules, and functional beverages.

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The CFO will be a key member of Braveiy’s leadership team, responsible for shaping the company’s financial strategy and driving sustainable growth across Hong Kong, China, and international markets. This role requires a seasoned finance leader with global exposure, deep knowledge of the health and nutrition industry, and strong familiarity with the China market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leading the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy to support long-term growth objectives.

  2. Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive data-informed decision-making.

  3. Managing the company’s capital structure, including debt and equity financing, and optimizing the cost of capital.

  4. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.

  5. Implementing robust internal controls and risk management processes to safeguard corporate assets.

  6. Providing financial leadership to cross-functional teams and communicating financial performance to the board of directors and investors.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven track record as CFO or senior finance leader in multinational companies, ideally within health, nutrition, or consumer goods industries.

  2. Strong knowledge of China market dynamics and regulatory environment, combined with global financial exposure.

  3. Expertise in Hong Kong financial regulations, capital markets, and cross-border transactions.

  4. Demonstrated ability to drive growth strategies and manage complex financial structures.

  5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  6. Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.

  7. Fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is an advantage.
