Job description and responsibilities

• Regularly travel to Mainland China to identify new sales opportunities and execute daily business plans to maximize company growth.

• Liaise with mainland colleagues to enhance communication and bridge cultural differences between regions.

• Communicate and collaborate with factories on product development and monitor the order process to ensure customer requirements are met within the product schedule.

• Build long-term business relationships with clients by providing the best products and services to achieve our business growth objectives.

• 定期拜訪國內，尋找新的銷售機會並執行日常業務計劃以最大限度地實現公司成長，與國內同事對接，加強溝通，減少兩地的文化差異。

• 負責產品採購、銷售、開發、定價、物流從生產到銷售的整個過程

• 與工廠溝通和合作進行產品開發並監控訂單流程，以確保客戶的需求在產品時間表內。對環保企業禮品有一定的認識，熱衷環保相關的產業。

• 透過提供最好的產品和服務與客戶建立長期的業務關係，以最大限度地實現我們的業務成長。

Job requirements

• Diploma holder or above with minimum 2 years in sales position, preferably in gift, advertising, packaging, printing industries. (Less experience will be considered as executive)

• Good communication & Negotiation skills

• Aggressive, outgoing, energetic, result-oriented and customer focused

• Able to explore new accounts and sales opportunities
