Assistant Guest Relations Manager

We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Guest Relations in ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high service standards that align with VIP expectations.

  • Review daily VIP lists and execute assigned tasks to enhance the guest experience for arriving VIPs.

  • Manage VIP guest arrivals and departures by delivering prompt, courteous service to ensure a positive first and last impression.

  • Coordinate pre-stay arrangements with operational departments to optimize guest satisfaction and address any specific requests.

  • Deliver personalized service tailored to each guest's unique needs, ensuring a memorable and satisfying stay.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree Holder, preferable in Hotel Management

  • At least three years of related management experience in the hotel industry, preferable in luxury hotel environment

  • Excellent verbal and written English, Chinese and Mandarin, other foreign language is preferable

  • Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications and knowledge in Shiji system and Alice Concierge system is preferable
