About the client:
Our client is a wealthy family in Hong Kong and is seeking an organized and self-motivated individual to join their family as a Personal Assistant/ Secretary. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise household staff and drivers.

• Plan and organize domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

• Handle school-related administrative tasks

• Manage schedules and calendar appointments for family members.

• Assist in coordinating management of properties both locally and abroad, handling tasks related to personal use and rentals

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of personal properties and coordinate renovations

• Handle any other ad hoc work tasks as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree Holder

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience as a Personal Assistant, supporting and handling personal matters & family affairs

• Proficient in spoken English and Chinese, with excellent communication and organizational skills
