This role is part of our Digital Experience Department (DEX), which is dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional digital experiences that are seamlessly integrated into our brand.
As the Digital Experience Manager – Portfolio Manager, you will enhance Cathay’s digital experience through effective portfolio management.
You will play a crucial role in driving strategic alignment and optimizing resources allocation through holistic management of our digital portfolio. You will also work closely with various teams to maintain portfolio roadmaps, manage dependencies, and prioritize investments to maximize value. By tracking performance metrics and facilitating portfolio planning sessions, you will provide clear insights to senior stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making and continuous improvement in digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic alignment and optimizing resource allocation through holistic management of the digital product portfolio
Maintain portfolio roadmaps, manage dependencies, and prioritize investments to maximize value
Track performance metrics and facilitate portfolio planning sessions to provide clear insights to senior stakeholders
Collaborate with business, strategy, product, product operations, and finance teams to support product management
Implement a value-based prioritization framework to ensure that the most impactful initiatives are prioritized and executed
Prepare and facilitate communications and learning sessions
Promote lean-agile mindset and agile principles in the company
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in portfolio management and/or relevant experience in digital product management, consulting, or related areas
Experienced with Product Operating Models and Agile Delivery Frameworks
Experienced in training, mentoring and coaching
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, active listener, able to share ideas, takes initiative to solve problems proactively and is willing to give extra effort to get the job done
Strong change agent with good interpersonal skill
Mobile and willing to work outside of your comfort zone
Proficiency in spoken and written English; Cantonese or Mandarin will be an advantage
