Job Duties:

• Monitor overall site activities and liaise with different stakeholders including clients, suppliers, subcontractors as well as project teams throughout the whole project;

• Participate in preparing tender, budget proposal, drawing and equipment submission as well as project coordination and management;

• Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams and subcontractors to ensure all site installation works are complying with contractual and statutory requirement;

• Monitor the progress of project and conduct periodic site inspection, testing and commissioning of building services installations and follow up on defect rectification work if required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

• Background in HVAC; fire service, BMS, or Access Control are also accepted.

• 5-8 years of relevant experience, especially in fitting-out and A&A (Alteration & Addition) works.

• Strong knowledge of building services installation and relevant statutory regulations.

• Excellent team player with an agile mindset, strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Good command of both English and Chinese.

• Proficient in MS Office Project and AutoCAD.
