Senior Account Associate

Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling month end report

  • Perform internal control procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy

  • Perform daily accounting operations, including AR settlement in ERP system and monthly statement preparation

  • Liaise with customers in resolving outstanding accounts and disputes if any

  • Handle general clerical work and administration duties

  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting is preferred (Less experience will also be considered as account associate)

  • LCCI level.2 / F.5 with fundamental accounting knowledge or above

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Chinese word processing

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
