Senior Product Specialist –Multi-Cloud Connect and Data Services

Responsibilities:

  • Define product requirements, user journeys, and technical specifications for Multi‑Cloud Connect and Data services (with emphasis on Layer 2/Layer 3 connectivity architectures, Metro Ethernet services and dynamic routing protocols).
  • Lead engineering and operations teams in the development, launch, enhancement, and maintenance of Multi‑Cloud Connect solutions and Data Services, ensuring robust integration of BGP/OSPF routing, MPLS/VPLS backbones, and cloud on-ramp technologies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with multi-cloud connectivity, data network, SDN, and virtual routing service providers and technology/equipment vendors to ensure seamless interoperability across hybrid environments.
  • Continuously monitor post-launch product performance and customer feedback; leverage industry trends to drive ongoing product optimization and innovation.
  • Conduct regular product reviews with management and recommend improvements to service quality, value-added features, and overall customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to identify and validate new product opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, cloud services, telecom, enterprise networking or IT solutions.
  • Deep understanding of multi-cloud networking technologies, including MetroNet, major cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud / Alibaba Cloud), and cloud networking concepts.
  • Deep understanding of Metro Ethernet technologies, Internet Access solutions, routing protocols, and other data network products/solutions.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail; able to drive projects from concept to launch with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, AWS/Azure networking specialties).
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the Product Specialist position.
