工作職責:

  • 負責餐廳的日常運作，確保提供流暢及有效率的服務

  • 確保維持高標準的食品品質和服務

  • 與廚房團隊密切合作 

  • 定期向管理層報告並提出建議以促進業務成長

  • 領導、監督及培訓團隊

  • 確保食品符合衛生標準及安全

  • 確保餐廳設備及場地完好

  • 履行公司分派的餐廳項目


入職要求:

  • 最少3年相關中式餐飲管理經驗，有上海菜、川菜經驗者優先

  • 良好的管理技能       

  • 良好的領導才能、人際溝通能力

  • 良好分析和解決問題的能力

  • 熟識使用MS Office ，如Word 和 Excel

  • 良好英語及粵語，能操流利普通話更佳
