Job Requirements

• Holder of a Higher Diploma in Health Management, Hospitality Management or Customer Service related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience preferably in hospital admission
• Demonstrate good communication, customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, able to handle multi tasks independently
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Compensation and Employment Terms

Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
