Responsibilities:
• Provide effective of secretarial and administrative support to Partners, Managers and practicing team
• Responsible for the daily correspondence, arranging team’s schedule, travelling arrangement, handling telephone calls, processing documents and filing system maintenance
• Prepare and revise documents including presentations, emails, reports, agendas and papers
• Maintain filing system and confidential information; ensure protection of confidential information at all times
• Liaise with internal and external parties proactively & independently
• Perform miscellaneous assignments and handle ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
• High Diploma or above with formal secretarial training is preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience; previous experience with professional firm is a definite advantage
• Able to work independently and initiated with strong commitment; able to work under tight timeline
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task, self-motivated, diligent, responsible and reliable
• Good in coordination and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
