Senior Officer - Marketing & Communication

Responsibilities:

• Support the professional team to prepare bid documents and proposals, ensuring that all documents met the specific criteria of PRC or international-based projects

• Develop and support media campaigns and strengthen relationships with key media organizations and journalists

• Monitor market and client database and conduct market research

• Produce marketing and communication materials including newsletters, brochures, presentations, press releases in both Chinese and English

• Develop engaging and influential content for online marketing channels and social media platforms involving content development, design, animation and video production

• Support the Marketing & Communication team with the execution of branding strategy, ensuring that marketing and brand compliance policies are followed at all times

• Work closely with internal teams both within the SW PRC and international network and external parties to assist in a variety of marketing activities including conferences, seminars, training courses, charity events, sponsorship

• Perform miscellaneous assignments and assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree in business disciplines

• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience, experienced with professional firm is definitely an advantage

• Well verse with social media management tools

• Good knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro

• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese/Putonghua

• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive “can-do” mentality with openness to reconcile diversified perspectives

• Self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing & Communication Officer
