Duties:
Plan and monitor the execution of the learning programme accreditation exercise
Liaise with external stakeholders, such as EDB and HKCAAVQ, for arranging the learning programme accreditation exercise
Prepare and review the learning programme accreditation documents
Facilitate the implementation of the quality assurance policies and procedures
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor(s)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Language, Communications or related areas
Minimum of 5 years’ working experience, inclusive of at least 3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and programme accreditation exercise in tertiary education sector
Experience in the tertiary education sector is an advantage
Attentive to details and organized with good interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and Chinese word processing
Candidate with less experience would be considered as Executive Officer
