Purpose of this role:

The Senior Marketing Officer will be responsible for the development, formulation, and execution of marketing strategies to propel brand growth targets and achieve business objectives for Shiseido Fragrance Division.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategize, plan, and execute comprehensive 360 marketing strategies for new launches and key product portfolios of Fragrance brands to increase awareness, drive business impact, and capture market share.

• Develop and execute Trade Marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets and business objectives of Shiseido Fragrance Division. Formulate experience-led growth business building strategies to acquire partnerships with potential collaborators.

• Translate and implement the trade marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs, ensuring alignment with budget and commercial targets.

• Establish and enhance processes to integrate all marketing activities with commercial team's efforts effectively.

• Develop, plan, and execute consumer events, roadshow and outpost to achieve business objectives and new customer acquisition.

• Lead BTL plan development and manage promotional calendar including coordination, logistics, and execution support.

• Manage the utilization and forecasting of promotional materials while overseeing the monthly promotion budget.

• Coordinate digital activations across multiple platforms, develop influencer and social media strategies encompassing content creation and digital initiatives.

• Supervise the visual merchandising requirements of sales channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines in visual executions and collateral materials.

• Collaborate closely with regional team to align marketing plans with business objectives and compile comprehensive marketing reports.

• Prepare communication materials for frontline briefings.

• Responsible for preparing business presentations, conducting market research, and performing in-depth analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in marketing.

• Experience working in Beauty/ Fragrance sectors is a big plus but not mandatory.

• Strong marketing campaigns, project management and communication skills.

• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel. Knowledge of basic design tools is a plus.

• Ability to independently work on the tasks assigned.
