Purpose of the role:

The Infrastructure IT Manager is an leadership role responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure that supports our business operations in Hong Kong. This includes ensuring the high availability, security, and scalability of our network, servers, cloud/hybrid environments, and end user collaboration solutions.

Job responsibilities

• Provide technical support to enterprise system including Cloud, on-premise servers, database servers, and O365, etc.

• Responsible for system administration, fine-tuning and troubleshooting for but not limited to Active Directory, MS Azure, SQL Server, Web Server, Windows Server 2012/2016 (Hyper-V), VMWare 6.X and SAN storage.

• Responsible for data backup, monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure the availability, accessibility and security

• Liaise with vendors on projects and troubleshooting

• Proactively compile and update technical documents

• Perform hardware/software/solution sourcing, procurement and assets management

• Liaise with Regional/HQ IT on any infrastructure related tasks, coordination and service

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

• 3-5 years working experience in IT and in sizeable company, preferably with professional certificates such as MCSE /ITIL /Cloud

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Servers, MS Azure, Hyper-V, VMWare, Active Directory, SQL Server and backup solution

• Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Willing to learn and take up responsibilities

• Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese
